In writing this research paper I have taken help from many books. Throughout the whole study it was earnest desire not to make any comment as such. Very few comments that I have made are based on the commentaries of jurists and author of the books. So, I do not have minimum quality to comment on anything about this matter.įor the study I have gone through and predominantly depended on the book on this subject. I am a student having no practical experience as to the matter but which I have earned from my honorable faculty members. I have chosen this topic for research due to my keen interest and strong curiosity regarding this topic.
